A 24-year-old has been found not guilty of a committing public order offence during a court hearing for the killer of former Colne Primet High School pupil Jayden Parkinson.
Yesterday Ryan McCann, of Royal Berkshire Court, Didcot, was cleared of using threatening or abusive words or behaviour or disorderly behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.
The charge followed a disturbance at an Oxford Crown Court hearing on March 17, when Ben Blakeley pleaded guilty to manslaughter and perverting the course of justice, but denied murdering Jayden, 17.
Mr McCann was found not guilty following a one-day hearing by Oxford magistrates.
