PUBS and clubs in Darwen will host live music as part of the popular Darwen Live music festival on Sunday and Monday:
On Sunday, Cafe Hub Bistro in Foundry Street, which is a no-alcohol venue, welcomes Amy Eddleston (1pm), Jaari Gorak (1.40pm), Kae-Lei Stowell (2.30pm), Bob Fox (3.30pm), Dean Fraser (4.30pm), Grace Davies (5.30pm) and The Unknown (7pm).
Monday’s line-up features A Means To An End (2.30pm), Steve Warwick (3.30pm), Jimmy Allsop (4.30pm), Laura Taylor (5.30pm) and Darrell Smith (6.30pm).
There is also a packed schedule at The Crown in Redearth Road, which kicks off both days with blues and acoustic open mic from noon. Then on Sunday, there will be performances from Matt Walsh (1pm), India Mill (2pm), Hot Tock Trio (3pm), Bad Cardigan (4pm), Cherrybomb (5pm), English Outback (6pm), Doug Perkins and The Spectaculars (7pm), Crush (8pm) and Fear The Fallen (10.30pm).
Monday’s performers will be The Tone Ranger (1.30pm), Roller Music (3pm), The Tragics (4pm), The November Five (5pm), Red Light Effect (6pm), Baxter Rhodes (7pm), J-Bear And The Giants (8pm) and Inego (9pm).
