Valentine's Day: North West is UK's 2nd most romantic region
A SURVEY for Interflora found the North West was England’s second most romantic region – with 61 per cent of people planning to celebrate St Valentine’s Day.
And Amazon found Chorley was the sixth most romantic town – according to sales of romantic fiction.
