A 29-year-old Langho woman who was killed when she was hit by a train last Sunday has been indentified as Lisa Loughney - a former pupil of St Augustine’s RC High School.
Emergency services were called to the scene near Langho railway station at 6pm.
The incident involved the 5.40pm service from Clitheroe to Manchester Oxford Road. The woman was hit very close to the Station where train lines pass through Mytton Fold Golf Course.
Cancellations were made to services between Clitheroe and Blackburn after the incident happened.
