A PLAN to build four one-bedroom flats in Longridge is set to be decided by Ribble Valley Borough Council.
Thirteen letters objecting to the proposed development in Little Lane have been sent to the council ahead of the planning committee meeting on Thursday.
The letters raise concerns including problems with car parking, flooding and emergency access.
Longridge Parish Council has registered no objection to the plan that was submitted by Longridge resident Thomas Bond.
The application will be debated by councillors at a meeting at the Ribble Valley Borough Council Chamber in Church Street, Clitheroe, from 6.30pm.
