A 21-year-old man has appeared before Burnley Magistrates Court, accused of seven sexual offences against a girl and a boy.
Robert Gyles Court, of Salterforth Road, Earby, is charged with engaging in penetrative sexual activity with a girl aged 13 to 15, two counts of assaulting a female 13 and over by penetration, causing or inciting a girl aged 13 to 15 to engage in sexual activity and three allegations of engaging in non-penetrative sexual activity with a boy aged 13 to 15.
The alleged offences are said to have taken place last summer.
The defendant's case will be heard at the crown court and he was bailed until a preliminary hearing on February 24.
Conditions of his bail stipulate he must not have any contact with any child under 16, unless under the supervision of another person aged 21 or over.
