Blessed Trinity RC College celebrated a year of success at its presentation evening.
The prize night held this week recognised the work of youngsters from St Theodore's RC High School, now merged with the college.
Guests were welcomed by head boy Luke Ryan before an introduction by headteacher Bernadette Bleasdale.
Francis Swarbrick, assistant headteacher of St Theodore's Sixth Form, then presented the certificates, special prizes and trophies and gave an address.
Deputy head boy Christopher McEvoy brought proceedings to a close by thanking the guests.
The prize winners included: The Chris Meehan Award, Thomas Fallows; The Gerry Martland Award, Jamal Ahmed; The Tom McKie Trophy for Pupil of the Year, Thomas Wood; The Catherine Hoyle Memorial Prize for Best Geography A Level Result, Paul Roper; The William Duxbury Memorial Trophy for Contribution to School Life, Paolo Angelone; The Tony Waterworth Memorial Shield for Technology (Key Stage 4), Ashley Hodgeon; The Student making the Most Progress to GCSEs, Daniel Cole; The Stewart Binns Creative Writing Award, Adam Roper and Special Prizes for Best GCSE Results, Paolo Angelone, Mark Eastwood, Thomas Fallows, Daniel Frain, Adam Roper and Paul Williams.
