BLACKBURN Transport has announced it will be running its free Christmas Day bus services again this year.
The company will be running three afternoon services on the day. The track 1 service between Blackburn and Darwen Cemetery will run every half hour from 12.45pm to 5.45pm.
The 4A service between Blackburn and the Royal Blackburn Hospital, via Highercroft, will run from 1.15pm to 5.30pm every half hour.
The 5A outer circle service from Intak starts at 12.30pm with the last departure at 4.30pm running every hour, and the 5c going in the opposite direction starts at 12.15 with the last service at 4.15pm.
Michael Morton, managing director of Blackburn Transport, said: "We are pleased to be able to offer this vital service over the festive period in conjunction with Blackburn with Darwen Council."
