YASAR Ashraf, 34, of Canterbury Street, Blackburn, was bound over in £100 to keep the peace for 12 months when he appeared before Blackburn magistrates and admitted a breach of the peace.
Ashraf also pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified and without insurance and was remanded on bail for the preparation of a pre-sentence report.
