A 23-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with three offences of rape and three charges of assaulting the same victim causing her actual bodily harm.
Philip Stephen O’Rourke, of Sumner Street, Blackburn, was sent in custody to Preston Crown Court.
