TWO men have appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with a firearms offence after a car was stopped by police following a crash in Exeter Street.
Imran Hussain, 35, of Crosshill Road, Blackburn, and Amir Saeed, 36, of Palmer Road, Blackburn, are charged with possessing a pellet gun adapted to fire live ammunition without holding a firearm certificate. They are both also charged with driving while disqualified, failing to provide a specimen for analysis and driving without insurance.
They were both sent in custody to Preston Crown Court.
