A MAN collapsed from a suspected heart condition and died in Railway Street, Nelson, on Saturday morning.
Police said there were no suspicious circumstances surrounding the death of the 50-year-old, who lived in Nelson, and was found at 9am.
Sergeant Phil Broughton, of Nelson police, said: "We cannot release this man's name yet, because not all of his relatives have been informed.
"We don't think there is anything suspicious, though, and the man is believed to have had a heart condition which could have caused his death."
A post mortem examination will be carried out.
