A 31-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates after property worth over £4,000 was stolen from a car.
Anthony Hart, of Meta Street, Blackburn, was remanded on bail charged with theft of a handbag and contents, debit card, watch, two gold rings a rucksack and contents belonging to Julie Hawkins. He is also charged with using the debit card on four occasions.
He was remanded on bail until November 20 so the case can be linked with a co-accused.
