RESIDENTS in Church are urged to ‘reclaim’ their streets.
A Hyndburn Council review said the council is receiving little feedback from the area relating to a ‘healthy streets’ scheme.
It aims to encourage people to report speeding, litter and other concerns. The report said: “Progress has been slow with only a handful of people wanting to get involved. Those who have attended meetings have been generally positive towards ideas on increasing walking and cycling in the area.”
