A 58-YEAR-OLD man has appeared before Blackburn magistrates charged with indecency offences involving young girls.
Joseph Mullen, of Birch Hall Avenue, Darwen, faces seven charges of indecent assault, four of gross indecency, two charges of engaging in sexual activity with a girl aged 14 and engaging in sexual activity in the presence of a 12 year-old-girl.
