The house in Kay Gardens
A MAN has died following a house fire in Burnley this morning.
The emergency services were called to the blaze in Kay Gardens at 1am and fought the fire inside the house before finding the man’s body.
A joint investigation is underway between Lancashire Fire and Rescue and Lancashire Police.
Crews from Burnley and Nelson attended the scene and battled to control the fire for an hour.
