THREE men appeared before Burnley magistrates, accused of burgling a house on Elm Street and stealing cash and jewellery worth £3,500.
Adam Khan, of Castle Street, Ismael Khan, of Peart Street, and Mohammed Ziyaad, of March Street, all Burnley, are alleged to have committed the offence on October 12. The defendants, who are all 20, did not indicate pleas.
The bench decided the case should be heard at the crown court and the defendants were bailed.
