YOUNG swimmers in Great Harwood have been given reflective disks to help keep them safe during the dark winter nights.
Local coach company, Coach Hire Bookings, donated more than 100 ‘Be seen and safe’ disks to the Otters Swimming Group, which they can attach to their bags. Coach Derrick Miller said: “We take the safety of our swimmers very seriously.
“This kind donation to our club enhances all the procedures we currently employ to make sure that our swimmers train in as safe as possible environment.”
