A LACK of off-street car parking spaces is proving a problem in an Oswaldtwistle street, a local councillor warned.
Coun Peter Britcliffe said cars parking on the roadside could make Byron Close impassable for emergency vehicles.
Coun Britcliffe has asked the council to look at providing ‘hard standing’ areas in some of the garden spaces, that he said would solve the problem.
