STUART Kershaw, 54, of Green Lane, Blackburn, was remanded on bail for the preparation of a pre-sentence report when he appeared before Blackburn magistrates and pleaded guilty to driving with excess alcohol.
The court heard Kershaw gave a reading of 115 against the legal limit of 35.
