A CONVICTED ‘bubble’ dealer is facing jail for reoffending while subject to a suspended prison term.
Carl Van Bassttene, 31, of Newmeadow Close, was given the sentence last December, but was involved in supply of the drug within days of his arrest, then caught with another Class B controlled drug to sell, four days after being in court.
Van Bassttene, an ex-Asda worker who then lived in Waterfoot, was previously described in court as a commercial mephedrone dealer.
He has now pleaded guilty to being concerned in the supply of mephedrone between July 8 and December 23 last year, and possessing 8.09 grams of pentedrone with intent to supply on December 22.
He admitted being in breach of the suspended term and has been bailed to await sentence.
