A CHANCE meeting on the street ended with a 22-year-old man punching another he accused of bullying his 10-year-old brother.
Blackburn magistrates heard the victim lost four teeth in the attack.
He claimed he had been kicked in the mouth after being knocked to the floor by a single blow.
But Andrew Church-Taylor, defending, said his client denied kicking the other man.
“He pleads guilty on the basis of a single punch,” said Mr Church-Taylor.
Anthony Martin Holmes, of Honey Hole, Blackburn, pleaded guilty to assaulting Lee Leecy causing him actual bodily harm. He was sent on bail to Preston Crown Court to be sentenced.
