BY Boxing Day most of us are stuffed, fed-up, hung-over and bored.
But this year there's the opportunity to spread the festive feeling a little bit further when house music event On A Plate comes to Whittle-le-Woods.
The night will be hosted by all the best known local DJs Locky, Paul Flintoff, Neil Smallridge, Malc Smith, Andy Nic, Tom Knox and Mike Godsmark, and is being held in two rooms with electro and funky house in one and deeper, dirtier tech house and electro in the other.
The well-established club night has a new venue in 2007 - the out-of-town Next Generation Leisure Club in Whittle-le-Woods.
The new venue is to be transformed into an "atmospheric sonic auditorium" with state-of-the-art decor, sound and lighting, while the intimate 400 capacity of the venue will ensure a great, fun loving audience.
The event will run from 10.30pm to 2.30am. Tickets, £10, can be bought on www.onaplatepromotions.com or by calling 07967 484689.
