A teenager accused of attacking a bus driver appeared before Burnley Magistrates.
James Campbell Hall, 19, of Stoneybank Road, Earby, is charged with assaulting Anthony Lockwood, causing him actual bodily harm, on June 13.
The bench directed the defendant be tried at crown court and Hall was bailed until January 30, for committal proceedings.
