Vice-chairman, County Coun Wendy Dwyer, will be joined by cabinet member Coun Jean Battle.
Coun Susan Shorrock and Coun Miles Parkinson on the board to answer questions and speak with local people.
Santa will call in from 10.30am to 12.30pm to hand out treats to children.
Coun Dwyer said: "This is an excellent way for people to find out more about what the county council is doing in their locality.
"There will be plenty of activity going on behind the scenes over Christmas and New Year, as the council provides services that must be available every day of the year, such as emergency teams for vulnerable people, gritting vehicles to keep the roads safe and care staff in homes."
She added: "People are welcome to come and chat with us and find out more about the services that directly affect them as well as the other services we provide."
