A RAWTENSTALL hairdresser has made the cut by landing herself a place on the 2007 Schwarzkopf Young Artistic Team.
Danielle Sidley, a stylist at Freddie's in Bank Street, beat off competition from around 100 other hopefuls at a qualifying round in London, to win a place on the 10-strong team.
Following a two-day training course in January, the 22-year-old will spend next year travelling to photo shoots, shows and seminars all over the country as part of the team.
Salon owner Freddie Cunliffe said: "Danielle is already seen as a rising star in our industry."
