A FATHER-of-four attacked his wife twice after he thought she had carried out their shared fantasy of her having sex with a male prostitute, Burnley magistrates heard.
The court was told how self-employed builder Nigel Gregory, 50, slapped and punched Janet Gregory, leaving her with bruises to her face and arm.
Gregory was seeing a psychologist and trying to get on an anger management course, the court heard.
The defendant, of Lomas Lane, Rawtenstall, admitted two counts of assault by beating, on October 19 and 22.
He was bailed until December 21, for a pre-sentence report and the bench told him they were thinking of a community penalty.
Andrew Creswell, prosecuting, told the court the defendant and victim had the shared fantasy, and he was given to understand she had fulfilled it on more than one occasion.
The defendant had previous convictions but had not been before the court since 1981 and did not have a record for violence.
Mark Irlam, defending, said the fantasy had got out of hand.
