A MURDERER who beheaded and dismembered his victim has launched an appeal aganist his conviction.
Stuart Diamond was jailed for life in 1999 after he was found guilty of the gruesome murder of Christopher Hartley, 17, from Burnley.
Diamond, now will take his case to the Court of Appeal after independent body, the Criminal Cases Review Commission, declared he had grounds to challenge the conviction.
