A FLASHER exposed himself through the front window of a house.
It happened in Devonshire Street in Accrington at around 11.20pm on Sunday, where a woman was inside.
DS Julie Cross said: “This was very unnerving for this lady and we are very keen to trace the person involved as soon as possible. “If anyone has any information that they think might help, if anyone has seen either anything similar or has seen anyone acting suspiciously in the area then please call police on 101.”
The man was stocky with a large stomach and he was wearing a dark, hooded top which obscured his head and face.
