HASLINGDEN residents will meet next week to discuss a rise in anti-social behaviour at one of the town’s play areas.
Victoria Park, which underwent a £120,000 facelift last year, has attracted drug users according to residents.
The Friends of Victoria Park group will host a drop-in session at St Peter’s Community Centre, in St Peter’s Avenue, from 6pm to 8pm on July 17 to gather ideas about how to continue the recent improvements.
The group is looking for people with ideas to help tackle the problems, or anyone interested in getting involved with the park’s affairs in general.
