A hotel in Mellor has been awarded a ‘Five Bubbles’ rating and an outstanding review for its spa.

Stanley House Hotel and Spa was reviewed by the Good Spa Guide which scored on elements such as customer care, treatments and cleanliness. It was later awarded the highest rating of five bubbles.

Philip Wharton, general manager at the hotel, said: “We are extremely proud to have been awarded five bubbles by the Good Spa Guide and are thrilled with the outstanding review. The team has worked hard over the past year to deliver an outstanding spa offering and to be recognised on a national level will no doubt encourage more visitors from further afield into Lancashire.”
