AN artist from Pendle is still looking for a business to help him stage a charity auction.

John Bradbury hopes to raise up to £15,000 for the Christie Hospital, Manchester, as he had lost family members to cancer.

He has around 50 pieces of work to sell, with many prints and canvases inspired by East Lancashire, and whilst he has tried hard to find a suitable venue to host the auction, nobody has yet come forward to help.

He said: “I have a collection of art from the last 20 years ready to go, and I want to do something for charity.”
