INTERNATIONAL BMX pros are set to wow crowds in a bid to get more youngsters involved in the sport.
US legend Nathan Williams is set to join British Kye and Leo Forte along with local champion Michael Foley in Blackburn to take part in an open air display outside the Town Hall. tomorrow. Cellblock BMX shop owner Paul Bury, who is helping to organise the event with Blackburn Council, hopes that it will encourage more teenagers from less-privileged backgrounds into the sport.
He has helped five young people in the area with free cycling equipment and by gaining sponsorships with big sporting names. The event will begin at Cellblock in Northgate at 5pm.
