AN ANIMAL portrait and wildlife artist has doubled the size of his stand at a game fair.
John Clarke, of Dunsop Bridge, will show his work on Artists’ Row at the Country Land and Business Association (CLA) Game Fair at Ragley Hall in Warwickshire.
John, who is also well-known for his still-life work of game birds and shooting paraphernalia, has painted a portrait of a wirehaired Vizsla dog for the show.
The CLA Game Fair runs from Friday, July 19 to Sunday, July 21 and is the world’s largest countryside show.
Fair director Andrew Crawford said: “We are delighted to be welcoming John back to the CLA Game Fair.
“There is a lot of excitement surrounding this year’s show.
“It is going to be a spectacular event held in the grounds of a magnificent estate.”
