SCARR Irene Rosemary Peacefully in hospital on 5th July 2024, Irene aged 73 years of Rishton. The devoted wife of the late Stephen, loving and loved mum of Luke and his wife Amy, cherished grandma of Anna and a dearly loved relative and friend to many.
