LIGHTBOWN Ernest (Ernie) On 10th May 2024, peacefully at his home, Ernie, aged 89 years, formerly of Formby Close, Blackburn. The dearly loved husband of the late Marion and a much-loved dad, grandad and great-grandad. At rest in the Grimshaw Park Funeral Home. Service at Pleasington Cemetery Chapel on Friday 31st May at 10.30am, prior to interment. Although I live in Edinburgh now, Ernie and Marion were my next door neighbour's in the early seventies. I was sorry to hear that Marian had already passed, and also sorry to hear of Ernie's passing. They were great neighbour's to me, and I have never forgotten them.
They are now re-united and may they both Rest in Peace together.
