DUERDEN Colin Colin died peacefully at home on the 16th March 2024, aged 78 years. Dearly loved and loving husband of Celia. Cherished father of Mark, Anthony, John and Ben. A loved father-in-law of Charlotte, Sarah, Myung-joo and Zoë, a devoted grandad to Rebecca, Jack, Emma, James, Danbi, Yubi, Daniel and brother-in-law to Trevor. Colin will be sadly missed by his loving family and many friends. A service will be held on Monday 8th April 2024 at St. Paul's Methodist Church, 10:00am followed by a cremation at Pleasington. Family flowers only please, or donations, if desired may be made in memory of Colin to the British Heart Foundation, c/o The Alty Funeral Service. My Deepest Condolences to all the Family, I have known Colin for over 60 years playing Football & in the local Whitbread Darts & Dominie league. We also watched the Rovers & I saw him most matches & had a chat with him on the Riverside. A Lovely Lad who will be sorely missed.

I had the privilege of working with Colin for many years, what a lovely chap. Never a crossed word. Had the pleasure of an odd drink with him and Celia later into their retirement. God bless you all, my condolences and thoughts are with you.
