ASHTON Richard Richard passed away peacefully on Thursday 19th October 2023 at Royal Preston Hospital aged 81 years. The dearly loved son of the late Richard and Rose Ashton Stepson of the late William Ralph Baron. Loving husband of the late Carole and sister to Jean. Richard a long standing employee of ELCO will be sadly missed by family and friends. A service and cremation will take place on Thursday 16th November 2023 at 11.15am at Pleasington Crematorium Blackburn. Family flowers only, or if desired donations may be made in Richards memory to Galloways Society for the Blind c/o The Alty Funeral Service (Family Owned) Broomfield Place, Blackburn, BB2 1XF.
