COWELL William Peacefully on Sunday 2nd July 2023 at Northwood Nursing Home and of Brownhill, Blackburn, BILL aged 89 years. The dearly loved husband of Eileen, a much loved father of Beverley and Stephen dear father-in-law of Dave and Anne and a devoted grandad and great-grandad. Bill will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends. A service and cremation will be held at Accrington on Monday 17th July 2023 at 2.20pm.
