YATES Jean Iris (Née FLANNERY) On Saturday 29th April 2023, peacefully at her home, Jean, aged 82 years. Dearly loved mum of Tracey, David and Janine, much loved mother-in-law of James, Claire and Ricky, treasured nan of Scott, Ben, Aimee, Emily and Michael and a cherished great nan. At rest in the Grimshaw Park funeral home. The cortege will leave from Jean's home address on Wednesday 17th May for a 10.00 am service in St Alban's Church, Blackburn followed by committal at Pleasington Crematorium. Family flowers only please, donations may be made in memory of Jean to the East Lancashire Hospice c/o Waring McKenna Funeralcare, 45 Grimshaw Park, Blackburn, BB2 3AG. Mum, you were the matriarch of our family. Your strength got you through so many illnesses and helped each and every one of your family. We love you and we wonder how we will fill the massive void you have left, but we will find a way because that's what you taught us to DO GOD BLESS MUM and rest soundly.
