FORREST Howard John On Wednesday 22nd March 2023, Howard passed away peacefully at East Lancs Hospice in Blackburn, aged 70 years. He was very much loved by his family, father to Richard and Mark, brother to Peter, dear grandfather of Truly and former husband of Edwina. This love extended to Caroline, Kate, Shan and her family. Howard is at rest at Waring McKenna Funeral Home in Blackburn.
