CHADWICK David Peacefully after a short illness, bravely fought on Monday 9th January 2023 at his home. David aged 65 years. The dearly loved husband of Pam, a much loved father of Jordan and Dane, a devoted son of Renee, a dear brother of Elaine and also a dear brother-in-law of Pete. David will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends. A service and cremation will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Tuesday 24th January at 3pm. Family flowers only, or if so desired, donations may be made in memory of David to Myotonic Dystrophy Foundation, c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq. Dave was my dads oldest friend and I grew up spending most weekends at their house, playing with Jordan and Dane whilst our parents have a good laugh together. He was my godfather and was always part of our lives at key moments. He died far too young and my thoughts are with his lovely wife and two sons ****
