SMITH Patricia (Pat) On Friday 30th December 2022, peacefully, in Royal Blackburn Hospital, Pat, aged 83 years, of Linden House and previously of St. Albans Court, Blackburn. At rest in the Grimshaw Park funeral home. A 2.15 pm service and committal will take place at Pleasington Crematorium on Friday 13th January 2023.
