GARDNER Eileen Mary (nee Smith) Eileen passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Monday 12th December 2022 at Royal Preston Hospital, just one week before her 86th birthday. She was the dearly beloved wife of the late Joseph, much loved mum of Jill and the late Jeffrey and Lesley. Sister of Margaret and the late Stephen. She was a dear mother-in-law to David and also a loving grandma of Rosie and Ruby and recently became a great-grandma to baby Ottilie. A service will be held on Friday 30th December at 12 noon at St. James Church, Over Darwen, followed by burial at Darwen Eastern Cemetery.
