SMITH Derek Peacefully on Tuesday 1st November 2022 at Magdalene House Derek aged 79 years. The dearly loved husband of Yvonne, a much loved father of Adam and Samantha, and a devoted grandad. Derek will be sadly missed by his loving family and many friends. A service will be held at St Francis church at 1:30pm on Tuesday 15th November 2022.
