WILSON James (Jim) and Lily Peacefully on Sunday 16th October 2022 at EachStep Care Home, Blackburn Jim aged 100 years Followed by wife LilySuddenly, but peacefully, on Sunday 23rd October, 2022 also at EachStep, Lily aged 99 years. Much loved and devoted parents of Jean, a dear mother-in-law and father-in-law of Robert, devoted Grandparents of Jason and Anthony, and their wives Kirsty and Sharon, and the proud Great Grandparents of Harry, Zack, Jake and Imogen. Jim, a dearly loved husband of Lily, a loving brother of Lilian Hartley and the late Bob Wilson and Florrie Mangham. Lily, a dearly loved wife of Jim, a loving sister of Stella Pearson and Joan Hillman, and the late Ivy Hinchcliffe, Joe Hillman and Harold Hillman. Jim and Lily will be deeply and sadly missed by their loving family, many friends and the staff at EachStep. A service will be held at Woodlands URC, Preston Old Road, Blackburn BB2 5ND on Friday, 4th November, 2022 at 13.30 p.m. Prior to a burial at Pleasington Cemetery, Tower Road, Blackburn BB2 5LE at 14.30pm. After 78 years of marriage Jim and Lily will be laid to rest together. Family flowers only please.
