FITZSIMMONS Mark Richard John and Enid Fitzsimmons regretfully announce the sudden death of their son Mark, aged 43 years, who passed away at home on 30th September 2022. Much loved by his family and many friends. Reposing in 'Peacehaven' Chapel of Rest. Service and cremation will take place at Burnley Crematorium on Tuesday 18th October at 2.30pm. To reflect Mark's personality, it is requested that bright colours be worn. Family flowers only please, donations in memory of Mark if desired, are invited for R.S.P.C.A., and may be given at the service or sent directly to the R.S.P.C.A., Nearer Holker House Farm, Enfield Road, Accrington, BB5 6NH or online at www.justgiving.com/rspcalancs Funeral arrangements by Brian Price and Son Ltd., Funeral Directors. I never was good with timing, so apologies Mark as this probably doesn't mean much right now from Brisbane, Australia.

I just found out and am deeply saddened. These aren't just words, you were always a lovely guy, with a good heart and great personality - and you could run down a rugby pitch in a straight line faster than Bolt, I'm sure - no-one could get their arms round those legs....

I hope your short 43 years brought more happiness than sadness, and I am thinking of you Beany.... RIP
