BARNES Joan Suddenly but peacefully on Thursday 29th September, at Royal Blackburn Hospital, with her beloved family by her side. Joan aged 78 Years. The loving and dearly loved wife of the late Jim for 55 years, a much loved and adoring mother of Richard and Marcus, a dear and loving mother-in-law of Andrea and Claire, a devoted and loving grandma of Ella, Sam, Joe and Ben, a loved sister of Dennis and sister-in-law to Janet and Muriel. Joan will be sadly missed by her loving family and friends. A service and cremation will be held at Pleasington Crematorium on Friday 14th October 2022 at 3.45pm. At the family's request no all black attire please. Reposing in the Chapel of Rest, Broomfield Place, Witton.
