CARTER Peter Sheldon (Former GP of Little Harwood Surgery. Medical Director of East Lancs Hospice) Peacefully on Saturday 24th September 2022 and after a long illness. Peter aged 87 years died at St Catherine's Hospice. The dearly loved husband of the late Moira, a much loved father of Ursula, Matt and Vicky, a dear father-in-law of Adrian and Christine, a loving grandfather of Katie, Ben, Tim, Annabel, Jonathan, great grandfather of Sam, Charlotte, Grace and Daniel. Peter will be sadly missed by his loving family and friends. A service and cremation will be held at Pleasington on Friday 14th October 2022 at 12.15pm. Family flowers only, or if so desired, donations may be made in memory of Peter to St Catherine's Hospice c/o The Alty Funeral Service. Enq. Very fond memories over many years working at the Hospice together. And after you sold your house .. could you park your caravan in our back garden for a while , oh, and we would be staying in it till the new house was ready!
