TOWNLEY Norma On Sunday 14th August 2022, peacefully in a private care home, Norma Townley, aged 83 years, of Blackburn. The dearly loved wife of Doug, a much loved mum of Gary, Ste and Carol, a very dear mother in law, a cherished grandma and great grandma also a sadly missed sister of Bill.
